About Donna Dahl, CEO, Ma Ko Ye Marketing

Donna Dahl is an author, professional speaker and successful independent entrepreneur.  Her specialty is taking CEOs and entrepreneurs from Stuck to Start (TM) in 90 minutes.   Her company, Ma Ko Ye Marketing, supports motivated entrepreneurs who want to catapult their endeavours into results and remain in charge of their own marketing. 

Donna has been involved in tradeshow events for many years as a visitor, a vendor and a presenter.  She has a special talent for sizing up the “lure-ability” factor of portable stores and tradeshow exhibits.  Her clients participate in her solution-focused approach toward creating their own unique exhibit.

There is an enormous wealth of her knowledge and experience in both her book on Tradeshows and her book on Marketing.  Donna’s authorship on the subject of marketing has appeared on numerous websites and has been published in Rising Women Magazine, a publication supporting entrepreneurship.  She has written on such topics as the post-close time period after the sale which is her version of sales follow-up, and the use and function of that mighty messenger: the business card.  The Home Run Investments Site is currently carrying her latest article on Tradeshows in their Summer 2009 issue. 

As a speaker/trainer Donna works with groups, large and small.  She motivates, inspires  and offers immediate benefits to participants.  She accepts requests to tailor her presentations to individual audiences but her favourite offering is her universal approach to "time management with a twist."   Other popular presentations include “Be your Brand” , “To Market. To Market,” and "From Invention to Innovation."   Audiences have included University of Calgary students, Calgary Public Library, Investors Group, TriVita Wellness, the Developmental Disabilities Association of Calgary and the Lethbridge Women's Show.

Donna Dahl is a member of and Ambassador for the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.  She is a member of the Independent Publishers Association of Canada and she has also held the office of President with a local weekly network marketing group, Canadian Leadership Institute, for the several years.  She is a recent graduate of CEO Space and she is an Expert on the Women's Information Network online.
